Shanghai, China – June 12th, 2018 -JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: JKS) (the "Company," or "JinkoSolar"), a global leader in the solar PV industry, today announced that it was chosen to supply 50MW high efficient polycrystalline module to the Burnoye -2 solar plant located in the sun-rich but energy-poor Zhambyl region in south Kazakhstan. Once completed, the project, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) will become Kazakhstan’s largest solar power plant and an example of successful implementation of a project-financed renewable energy project in the country. “It’s definitely exciting news that this landmark solar project in Kazakhstan adopted JinkoSolar panel, particularly given the project’s endorsement by EBRD.
